Capability Overview

Powering tomorrow with
reliable electrical systems

Electrical failures trace back to the same root causes: improper design, inadequate installation, and no one checking the work before the wall gets closed. Our licensed electrical team approaches every project with one standard: design it right, install it right, document it completely, and test it before we leave.

  • Licensed electrical contractor for commercial & infrastructure work
  • Design, installation, documentation & testing under one team
  • Integrated with TBT civil, structural & architecture disciplines

"Design it right, install it right, document it completely, and test it before we leave."

The Black Table Standard
Key Benefits

What changes when one team owns the entire electrical scope

001

Code Compliance

All work designed and installed to current NEC and local amendment standards. We pull every permit required and pass every inspection the first time.

002

Integrated with EPC

When electrical is part of a larger TBT project, our team coordinates directly with civil and structural disciplines. No interface conflicts after the concrete is poured.

003

Full Documentation

Every installation documented with as-built drawings, panel schedules, equipment data sheets, and inspection records.

004

Energy Efficiency

Energy-efficient lighting, smart controls, and demand management solutions that reduce operating costs from day one.

005

Emergency Power

Generator, UPS, and ATS design and installation for facilities that require backup power, serving government, healthcare, and critical infrastructure clients.

006

EV & solar Ready

We size electrical systems with future EV charging and solar interconnection in mind, so you’re not paying to upgrade your service entry twice in five years.

Our Process

How we deliver phase by phase

Every project follows a rigorous, documented process, so nothing falls through the cracks between phases and nothing comes as a surprise at the end.

01
Needs Assessment & Load Analysis

We assess your facility’s existing electrical infrastructure, current and projected load requirements, utility service capacity, and any specialty system needs, including EV charging, solar interconnection, and emergency power, before a single design decision is made. This protects you from undersized systems and avoids the cost of upgrading service entry twice.

02
System Design & Engineering

Load calculations, single-line diagrams, panel schedules, conduit routing plans, and lighting design are developed and coordinated with architectural and structural drawings. All designs are reviewed for constructability before finalization, not after the conduit is already in the wrong place.

03
Permit Documents & Utility Coordination

Permit-ready construction documents are produced and submitted to the AHJ. Simultaneously, we initiate utility service applications, interconnection requests, and any required coordination with Georgia Power or the local utility, early enough that utility response timelines don’t drive construction delays.

04
Procurement & Pre-Construction

Equipment specifications, long-lead item identification, and material procurement are managed against the construction schedule. Switchgear, transformers, generators, and specialty equipment are ordered early. We do not wait until mobilization to find out something has a 20-week lead time.

05
Rough-In & Installation

Conduit, raceway, wire pulls, equipment setting, and device installation are performed to NEC standards with active quality control at each phase. Foreman sign-off is required before walls close or slabs pour. No assumption that it was done right; it gets checked.

06
Terminations, Testing & Inspection

All conductors are terminated, equipment is energized in sequence, and every circuit is tested before the inspector arrives. We schedule inspections proactively and maintain a zero-tolerance standard for failed inspections. The system is commissioned and verified against the design before the owner takes occupancy.

07
Closeout & Documentation

As-built drawings, panel schedules, equipment data sheets, warranty documentation, and inspection records are compiled and delivered at closeout, so you know exactly what you have, exactly where everything is, and exactly who to call when something needs service five years from now.
